Description:
Replaces the localized name for NPCs, Areas and Fish with their English variant.
Currently supported languages : French, Spanish, Italian and German (hopefully I did not make too many mistakes :> )

- Cleaner code -> fish names for the journal are loaded at mod startup and not for each fish you've already caught (translation file was read up to 6 times)
